Do I need a desk phone?
No. Calls ring through the web, mobile, and desktop apps. The studio behaves like a normal cell call but uses your studio number.
Is call recording legal?
It depends on your state. Two-party-consent states require a recorded notice at the start of the call, which the platform plays automatically when recording is enabled.
