Does this replace my regular email like Gmail?
It works alongside Gmail or any other email provider. ElevateStudio syncs inquiry and client emails into the unified inbox so they are tied to the client record and your pipeline. You can still keep personal email and admin email in your existing inbox if you want.
Will Instagram DMs really show up here?
Yes, once you connect your business Instagram account. Same for Facebook Messenger. The DMs land in the thread for that client and you reply from the inbox without opening Instagram.
What about SMS coming into a personal phone?
ElevateStudio provisions a dedicated studio phone number so client SMS lives in the platform rather than your personal phone. Existing clients can be migrated to the studio number over time, or you can keep both running side by side.
Can my assistant see and reply too?
