ElevateStudio Features Dashboard & Reporting
ElevateStudio feature
Know how the studio is doing at a glance .
Cash collected, booking trends, sales by type, and lead sources, all on one fast dashboard.
Most photographers cannot answer a simple question on a Tuesday in March: how much did the studio actually collect this month, and where did it come from. The data exists, scattered across Stripe, a booking tool, and a spreadsheet, but nowhere does it add up. The ElevateStudio dashboard reads from your real bookings and your real ledger, so the numbers on it are true.
What it does
Inside Dashboard & Reporting.
Cash collected at a glance
How much money actually came in, this month and over time, pulled straight from the penny-correct ledger. Not projected revenue, the cash that cleared.
Booking trends
How many sessions are booking, when, and whether you are ahead or behind the same point last year. The seasonal picture a studio lives and dies by.
Sales by type
Weddings versus portraits versus whatever else you shoot, by revenue and by count. See which part of the studio is actually carrying the year.
Lead sources
Where your booked clients came from, so you put more into what pays and less into what does not. The number most studios are flying blind on.
Why it matters
What this actually changes.
A studio you cannot measure is a studio you run on feel. Feel is fine until a slow quarter sneaks up because you did not notice bookings were down until the calendar was already thin. A dashboard that reads from real data turns that into something you can see coming.
Because the reporting sits on top of the same ledger and bookings that run the studio, the numbers are not a separate spreadsheet you have to trust. They are the same dollars and the same sessions, just totaled up. No reconciling two sources that disagree.

FAQ
Common questions.
Where do the numbers come from?
From your real bookings and your penny-correct ledger inside ElevateStudio. The dashboard totals the same data that runs the studio, so it is accurate, not an estimate.
Can I see revenue by session type?
Yes. Weddings, portraits, and any other type you shoot break out by revenue and count, so you can see what is actually paying.
Does it show where my clients came from?
Yes. Lead source is part of the picture, so you can tell which channels turn into booked clients rather than just leads.
Do I have to export anything to get reports?
No. The dashboard is live in the app. The whole point is to see how the studio is doing without exporting to a spreadsheet first.
